Your subscription

Subscriptions are bought and managed through your Apple Account. To change or cancel one, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open your subscriptions directly.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for anything bought in the App Store. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your sessions, skin answers and photos stay on your iPhone. You can delete your records in the app at any time, and uninstalling TanPro removes everything stored on the device. To have usage statistics, crash reports or subscription records deleted from our service providers, email us and we will pass the request on. The privacy policy has the details.
